Dayti is an AI-powered lifestyle and nutrition tracking application intended for educational and personal awareness purposes only. Dayti is not a certified medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment advice. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before starting any diet or fitness program.

Dayti Pro subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase:

• Free Trial: If eligible for a 3-day free trial, your subscription begins immediately. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically renews at the standard selected plan rate.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle in your Apple Account Settings.
• Restoring Purchases: You can restore existing active subscriptions at any time on any iOS device linked to your Apple ID via the "Restore" button.

You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or malicious content through the food scanning feature. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user violating these terms.
