Welcome to Dayti ("we", "our", or "app"). We are deeply committed to protecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use Dayti — AI Calorie Counter on iOS.

Dayti collects minimal information strictly necessary to provide intelligent nutrition analysis and personal tracking:

• Profile & Health Goals: Age, biological sex, current weight, target weight, height, activity level, and dietary preferences.
• Food & Meal Logs: Images of food you choose to scan, meal titles, calories, macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats), and timestamps.
• Optional Referral/Partner Codes: Creator codes or peer referral codes applied for trial access or affiliate attribution.

When you take or upload a food photo for scanning, the image is processed via the Google Gemini API to analyze nutritional content. Images are transferred securely over TLS 1.3 encryption and are used solely for immediate meal breakdown. We do not use your personal meal photos to train public AI models.

With your explicit consent, Dayti integrates with Apple Health to read and write health metrics (dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates, fats, water, and weight). HealthKit data is stored locally on your device and inside your private Apple Health database. We never sell HealthKit data to advertising platforms or data brokers.

Payment transactions are handled exclusively by Apple via StoreKit and RevenueCat. We never collect or store credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers.
